This single night class introduces the core concepts taught in Exceptional Customer Handling Skills and Service Counter Selling Skills. Understanding your customer’s perspective, motivations, and reasons behind making a purchase is the key to growing your business. Above all else, knowing the Customer Buying Process and being able to identify what any given customer needs in a transaction, based on their Customer Type, is the leverage you need to increase sales, gain positive reviews, and increase marketing effectiveness. Expect to learn real‐world techniques, word tracks, and tips that can be applied first thing the next morning to get your sales day off to a great start. Content is presented in the context of a new, or existing, customer who enters the shop for a single service, upon which the Courtesy Inspection has identified needed service, maintenance, or repairs. Owners, service advisors, and even technicians will benefit from this program when attending together. The shop that learns together – grows together!
