Today, Premier Ford declared a Provincial Emergency effective immediately.

Dear AARO Members

The COVID-19 outbreak abroad and here in Canada has been increasingly challenging to navigate. The information highway has been on overload. Over the past few days, further measures were implemented to protect our individual and collective health. Updates are available from the Public Health Agency of Canada.

AARO has been monitoring the situation closely and taking action to safeguard the well-being of our team and members. As of today, AARO’s  1005 Skyview Drive, Suite 106, Burlington, office will be closed to visitors and the team will be working remotely. This capability to support our members virtually has been in place since we moved, and allows AARO to be nimble in seamlessly providing services and supports. We will reassess this position on a weekly basis and keep you informed.

Here are some updates on AARO’s initiatives:
Ottawa training class cancelled
London training class will be taking place unless you are notified otherwise.

All emails will be answered and if you have any concerns or questions we will do our best to address them.

AARO Members:
I suggest you contact your Commercial Insurance provider to inquire regarding “Business Interruption Insurance” that may be included in your policy.

Sincerely,
Diane Freeman
