Attendee Registration Information

Attendees can register for the AARO Symposium in several ways—participating in just one day or taking advantage of all four. Choose what fits your goals:

• EV Day – Explore the future of electric vehicles with supplier panels, shop insights, test drives, and keynotes

• Business Training Day – Gain knowledge in HR, shop security, communication, and more

• AARO Trade Show – Network with vendors and explore aftermarket innovations (evening of Sept 18)

• Lindertech Technical Training (Sept 19–20) – Deep-dive diagnostics and repair training with top instructors

• Full 4-Day Access – The complete AARO experience, combining EV, business, technical, and networking sessions

Continental breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and networking receptions (when applicable) are included in registration fees.

Option 1: Exhibitor Registration – $1,101.75 (incl. HST)

Includes:

• One 6-ft skirted table (or bring your own 10’x10’ booth)

• Electrical and internet access

• Breakfast and lunch for one staff member

• Access to the Trade Show networking reception

Add more staff: $199 + HST per person

Option 2: Sponsor Package – $1,434.50 (incl. HST)

Includes:

• Booth space + access for two staff members

• Recognition on the AARO website, event materials, and signage

• Promotion through targeted emails to members
