Out-of-Province Insurance Plan

If you are going outside Ontario on vacation you will need adequate hospital and medical emergency coverage. OHIP limits your hospital benefits to only $400 per day … the average cost for a ward room in Canada is $1,000 per day, and up to 10 times this amount abroad.
